Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change if hidden issues are found. We require a deposit to secure your spot on the schedule, with final payment due immediately upon completion. Please ensure all vehicles, pets, and obstacles are removed from the work area prior to our arrival. We strive for precision, but projects are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled for quality.
Working with Seal Squad LLC
Client satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth project, clients must provide full access to the property and turn off all automated sprinkler systems 24 hours before and after service. Seal Squad LLC is not liable for damage to underground utilities not clearly marked or for tracking of materials if the area is entered before it has fully cured. We stand behind our workmanship with a limited warranty, though we cannot guarantee against natural ground shifting or chemical spills. We reserve the right to photograph our finished work for marketing use unless you explicitly opt-out in writing before the project begins. Our liability is limited to the total contract price of the services provided to protect both the homeowner and our business during operations. By engaging our crew, you acknowledge that asphalt is a petroleum-based product that requires specific drying times and care to maintain its structural integrity and aesthetic appeal over time.
Payments and Project Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding the quality or scope of work, both Seal Squad LLC and the client agree to meet in good faith to resolve the issue directly before seeking outside mediation. We value our reputation and your property, and we aim to settle all disputes through honest communication. Please note that failure to pay the final balance as agreed may result in service delays for future maintenance or additional late fees.
